On November 11th our New Business Development team hosted students from the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill MBA program. Donna Preiss, chief executive officer, Joe Green, chief financial officer, and Susan Folckemer, chief development officer, shared their experiences and expertise in acquisitions, development & construction management as well as the status of the Student Housing Industry and our pipeline expansion.
Having the opportunity to educate our future business men and women was truly a pleasure and we hope to be able to host more educational sessions in the future!
