RALEIGH, NC – August 23, 2006 – Donna Preiss, Founder and Chief Executive Office of The Preiss Company (TPCO), was recently honored by Triangle Business Journal as one of the Triangle’s most successful professional women. Preiss was among 26 women honored during the 9th Annual Women in Business Awards luncheon on August 10th at the Sheraton Imperial Hotel. Triangle Business Journal will publish feature profiles of the winners in its September 1st edition.

Donna Preiss founded TPCO in 1986. Under her leadership, the company today employees over 60 people and has a total revenue (from sales, development, and property management) in excess of $10 Million annually. The Preiss Company is the largest off-campus housing provider at North Carolina State University and Clemson University and has acquired and developed close to $200,000,000 of real estate, with approximately $70,000,000 in the pipeline.
